摘 要
随着社会经济发展对会计信息质量要求的不断提高，我国会计人员不断面对来自市场、公众、政府、新知识、新技术、新技能、新法规等多方面的挑战。目前我国有各类会计人员1200多万人，进行后续教育是会计队伍建设的重要内容，又是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程。要使会计人员完成、胜任会计工作，新世纪下加强和建立健全我国的会计职业后续教育制度将日益迫切和重要。如何结合我国实际情况来加强会计人员的后续教育，这是摆在当前会计理论界与实务界面前的一个重大课题。合理设计会计职业后续教育内容，应该在教育的内容中体现。制定后续教育内容的人员自身要对所在行业的发展有相当的了解和职业敏感性，并在实施教育内容之前要进行广泛的会计人员问卷调查，有针对性地确定后续教育内容。后续教育内容的权威性主要来自于教育内容的实用性，这样在会计人员中才有可能产生广泛的认同性和号召力。在我国会计后续教育的特点和存在的问题的基础上，提出了构建完善的后续教育体系和探索多种方式并存的后续教育模式等对策。另外，目前部分会计行业人员还没有充分认识到遵守职业道德的重要性，没有认识到违背职业道德，失去社会公众信赖对整个会计行业的灾难性后果，在后续教育中加强职业道德教育已刻不容缓，要作为一项长期而艰巨的工作来做好。因此，对会计人员进行后续教育势在必行。

ABSTRACT
With the socio-economic development requirements of the accounting information quality continuously improve our accounting staff have been facing from the market, the public, government, new knowledge, new technologies, new skills, new laws and regulations, and many other challenges. Currently, there are more than 1,200 million people in all kinds of accounting staff to conduct follow-up education is an important part of the accounting team building, but also a difficult and complex systems engineering. To complete the accounting staff, competent accounting work in the new century to strengthen and establish and improve follow-up of the accounting profession education system will become increasingly urgent and important. How the actualsituation in our country to strengthen the follow-up accounting staff education. Reasonable
accounting profession in the design the content of education, it should be on the content of education.
Formulated the contents of education itself to the development of the industry's sensitivity to understand and professional, and the implementation of the content of education should be carried out extensive accountants questionnaire survey, pertinently determine the content of education. Therefore, the follow-up of the accounting staff education is imperative.
