探讨建筑结构设计的安全度认识
摘要：对提高建筑结构设计安全度问题当前的建筑物安全事故与结构设计可靠度无关,结构设计仍宜提倡节约,我国建筑设计规范中的构造规定尚属适当,规范与国际市场并无直接联系,规范要根据国家政策而定。

引言：最近在建筑工程界，有些同志提出，要大幅度提高建筑结构设计的安全度，引起一些议论。现将我个人对此问题的一些看法提出来请诸位指正。
一、当前的建筑物安全事故，与结构设计安全度无关
