那么，首先让我们搞清什么是pct？ 专利合作条约 (pct)是由世界知识产权组织国际局管理的在《保护工业产权巴黎公约》 下的一个方便专利申请人获国际专利保护的国际性条约。申请人只要根据该条约提交一份国
际专利申请，即可同时在该条约所有成员国中要求对其发明进行保护。 我们先把和pct相关的中英文官方翻译和概念做个简单的了解。 国际专利申请
