按照美国军标MIL-STD-105(E) 单次随机抽样标准，正常检验水准Level II AQL：危险缺陷(critical) 0，重要缺陷 (major) 2.5, 次要缺陷(minor) 4.0 II. 缺陷分类:
危险缺陷(critical) ：产品导致或潜在导致危险, 违反销售国或销售地法规.. 重要缺陷(major) ：产品存在导致使用功能减少和外观明显影响销售的问题. 次要缺陷(minor) ： 不影响产品功能, 只是车工方面有超出定制的质量标准. III. 数量检验:
货品数量要求100%完成, 且80%包装入箱. IV. 检验标准:
检验标准除此指引外，还需结合客人签办, 客人签名办可以做为检验的重要参考基准.
