CH-air A Type actuator identification

When identifying a CH-air A Type actuator, we need to know (a) the size (model number) and (b) the function (DA, or SR+ springs) This information is given on the nameplate on the side of the actuator. Due to the reliability of these actuators and their longevity in service, we do not record serial numbers. However, there is a date code in the number, the first 2 numbers are the year, and the 3rd and 4th numbers are the month, of manufacture.
