Abstract: With the improving day by day of the living standards of the people, ecotourism industry develops rapidly. In the establishment course of ecotourism planning, pay attention to economic development and designing in scenic spot excessively，the ones that considered are not abundant enough environmental protection, the result causes the environmental disruption of scenic spot. This text illustrating the Jiaohe City ecotourism planning, calculating all the restricted factor in the development of Jiaohe City ecotourism industry, analyze the result of calculation, and concentrate planning management to the worst restricted factor especially to increase the ecological capacity of tourist environment to realize that benefit is maximized, on the basis of protection of resources.
