,a manufacturer duly organized under hereby make, constitute and appoint , a company duly organized under the laws of P. R. China and having its principal place of business , to be our true and lawful attorney in fact to do the following acts and deeds:
To represent and bind us in the People’s Republic of China for the invitation of CMC
International Tendering Company for Bid No in the bid which we manufacture or produce.
That, as a manufacturer, we bind ourselves as co-maker of the bid and are jointly and severally responsible for the compliance of the said bid.
