络，集中向负荷中心供电为主；相比西方发达国家，我国对于分布式发电和微网的研究起步比较晚。因此，应以国家电网公司建设具有中国特色的坚强智能电网的发展战略为契机，提出建设先进智能微网的初步设想，积极培养分布式电源和微网领域的技术人才，努力取得具有现实指导意义的理论和技术成果。
