Today the students of our grade began to receive a one-week military training. We got up at around 5 o’clock in the morning. The burning sun was shining. It was such a hot day that you couldn’t find any cool place on the playground. From time to time I felt the sweat streams running down my face. However, all of us were in high spirits and tried our best to do what we were told to. Our drillmaster is a young PLA man, who is about twenty years old. He was very strict with us. Through the military training, we have learned some knowledge of military affairs. Though I am tired now, I feel very happy.
