Recycle 2 1周 2周 16周 3课时 6课时 48课时 机动复习 共计 情况分析： “学困生”课后辅导计划 长期以来，学困生教育一直是小学英语教育中一个普遍而又严重的问题，常常困扰着 很多教师，甚至让一些教师感到束手无策。造成他们英语成绩差的原因是多方面的，语言感 觉差，基础差，遗忘性差，记忆力差，家长不够重视其学习，更重要的是学生不足龄的比较多等等综合因素。这部分学生大多有共同的特点，主要表现为：(一).自卑感强。学困生由于 各方面较差，受到批评较多，进而产生自暴自弃心理，日积月累，他们对英语学习以渐渐失 ( 二 作业完成得较差， 怕受批评又学会了撒谎， 教学时数：42节 去兴趣，因为他们无法体会到成功的喜悦。)、 上课发言也不积极。怎样改变学困生这种怕学、厌学的状况呢？由于学困生形成原因的不同，在学困生转化过程中，应该有意识地根据不同的情况采取多种方法进行教育，不断优化育人电教节数：42节 环境和条件，改进教学方法。 实施方法： 一、师帮生教师在学困生转化工作中起者“导”和“演”的双重作用。 苏霍姆林斯基说过：“教育才能的基础在于深信有可能成功地教育每个儿童，我不相信有不可救药的儿童、少年或男女青年。”每一位教师都应深信这一点。 1、抓重点。一位英语教师担任多个班英语教学的现状在近几年无法改变，一个英语教 师要担任二三十个学困生的转化工作，实际操作起来真的很困难。因此，应抓住重点，先帮助那些在短时间内容易转化过来的学生，然后再帮助其他的学生。 2、扬优点。美国心理学家威谱.詹姆斯有句名言：“人性最深刻的原则就是希望别人对 自己加以赏识”。表面上，学困生表现出一副无所谓的态度，其实，他们比其他学生更渴望 得到老师的表扬。我们可以从这一点入手，让他们的闪光点全部展现出来，并适时表扬，让他们对自己有信心。 3、补弱点。每一个学困生的情况各不一样，有的是因为智力问题，多次的失败使他们 有的是非智力问题，只是习惯较差，自觉性不强；还有的是因为家庭问题… 对自己失去信心；教师可针对具体情况，对症下药。由于我任课多、带班多的特点，接触学生的时间是少之又
