语法精粹：
一般将来时用法口诀： 一般将来时，将要发生事。
谓语不一般，will 加动原（动词原形）， 要变疑问句，will提前面。
否定句，也不难，will后面not添。
There be 句型要记住，will 定在be之前。
二. 重点、难点：
There be 表示“某处有某物”，此处的“有”表示存在关系。There be 的一般将来时为：there will be …和there is /are going to be …There will be robots in people’s homes.人们家里将来会有机器人。
there be （is，are ，was，were）+某物+地点 there be句型：
a. there be句型的肯定句，注意主语就近原则 There is a book ，3 pens and 4 pencils on my desk. There are 3 pens ， a book and 4 pencils on my desk. b. there be句型的否定句
There isn’t a cat in my room. There is no cat in my room.
There aren’t any cats in my room. There aren’t cats in my room.
但对于不可数名词只有两种否定句 There isn’t any bread on the bowl. There is no bread on the bowl.
c. there be句型的就划线部分提问
There are 3 books on the desk. 就主语提问：What’s + 地点状语：What’s on the desk? 就数量提问：How many +复数名词+are there + 地点状语： There is one book on the desk. How many books are there on the desk? 就地点提问：Where is （are） + 主语? Where is （are） the book（s）? 三. 具体内容：
金点剖析
1. host ，hold， have 三者都有“举办，召开”的意思：
用心 爱心 专心
have 是常用的一个动词，表示“进行某一活动”have a meeting，have a rest，have a walk，have sports.
hold是“召开，举行”，主语既是承办者，又是参与者，参与者成分比较单纯，是本单位或团体内部自主举行的活动。 We held a sports meet last week .
host 本意为“主人”，在此为“做主人、做东、主办”之意，指由多个单位或团体联合举行的某一活动交由某一单位具体组织。
2. Speaking English will help me to make more foreign friends. 讲英语将有助于我交更多的外国朋友。speaking English 是分词短语作主语，我们也可以用动词不定式短语做主语。句子中help 的结构是 help sb. to do sth. to表示“帮助某人干某事” to可以省略。 3. Here is a … 表示“这儿有一个??”，相当于句型There’s … here. Here’s a pen. =There’s a pen here.
4. fill out 是“动词+副词”结构，如果代词做宾语要放在它们之间。fill out 与fill in 都表示“填写，把??补齐。”不过fill in 常用于英国，而fill out 则常用于美国。
5. I think I will sit in a quiet place in Beijing and watch what Beijing is like in 2008. 我想我将坐在北京一些个安静的地方，看看2008年的北京会是什么样。and watch what Beijing is like 表示与前一动作同时发生。 I want to be a businessman and make a lot of money. What Beijing is like in 2008 作watch的宾语，是一个宾语从句。
6. friendly adj. 友好的；be friendly to sb. 对某人友好。The Chinese are very friendly to foreigners. to be with 做宾补，be with 跟某人在一起。 I like to be with you. 我喜欢和你在一起。
7. be afraid 后面跟句子表示“恐怕” be afraid to do sth. 害怕干某事。 I’m afraid to go out at night. be afraid of 害怕 Li Ping is afraid of dogs. 8. shall 与will都可以表示“将来”。当主语是第一人称单数或复数时可以换用。用于下列句型时，不表示“将要”而表示“请求，建议” Shall we go shopping ? Shall I open the window? Will you （please）...? Will you help me learn English ? 9. Let’s make it half past six.咱们把时间定在六点半吧。make it的意思是“把时间定在??”此外，它还表示“准时到达，获得成功”等。The plane leaves in twenty minutes. We will never make it. 飞机再过二十分钟就要起飞了，我们无论如何也赶不上了。
