【摘要】 本文从回顾我国的建筑节能与绿色建筑发展历程入手,进而提出了正确的发展观和城市应对之道,即走中国特色的低碳城市发展模式必须从两个层次——绿色建筑和低碳生态城建设——同时入手。文章将低碳生态城分为四种主要类型,总结了我国在天津中新生态城、唐山曹妃甸等地进行的生态城建设初步探索与实践,在此基础上提出了我国低碳生态城发展的总体思路和规划建设的具体要求,以及最具潜力的低碳生态城的关键技术。

基于低碳生态详细规划的绿色建筑指标体系 叶大华; 胡倩 《城市规划》 2013年01期

【摘要】 国内外已经在低碳生态规划和绿色建筑两个层面开展了大量的探索性示范工作,形成了各自的指标体系,但绿色建筑如何与上位的低碳生态规划之间形成直接的指标对应关系,还是研究领域的一个空白点。本文通过对国内外低碳生态规划指标与绿色建筑相关指标的梳理研究,结合北京地方特点,在总结实践经验的基础上,从详细规划阶段切入,将绿色建筑与城市低碳生态发展目标相结合,建立起低碳生态详细规划阶段与绿色建筑设计阶段相衔接的指标体系。在详细规划阶段涵盖了空间规划、交通组织、资源利用、生态环境4方面、20项指标,在建筑设计阶段涵盖了建筑、结构、给水排水、暖通空调、电气、景观环境、室内装修7方面、27项指标,两阶段的各项指标相互对应,并在规划审批环节逐层落实,为世界城市推进低碳生态规划和绿色建筑发展提供了一套可落实的指标体系。

我国广义建筑能耗状况的分析与思考 李兆坚; 江亿 《建筑学报》 2006年07期

【摘要】 对广义建筑能耗的组成进行分析,并从运行能耗、建材能耗与间接能耗三方面对我国建筑能耗状况进行分析。结果表明,我国广义建筑能耗与全国总能耗呈现很强的线性相关性,广义建筑能耗与全国总能耗的比例约为45.5%。在广义建筑能耗中,运行能耗、建材能耗与间接能耗约占全国总能耗的20%、15%和10.5%,减少建筑运行能耗是建筑节能的关键,但减少建筑材料能耗具有同样重要的意义。

绿色建筑的生态经济优化问题研究 黄献明 清华大学

【摘要】 日趋严峻的环境问题、人们对建筑环境质量要求的不断提高、各种绿色建筑技术的引进与开发、配套的《绿色建筑评价标准》与相关政

策法规的相继施行,种种因素都推动着我国的绿色建筑快速从理论探讨走向实践推广,如何实现生态与经济的协同优化,成为绿色建筑在现阶段面临的一个紧迫问题。生态经济学是一门从生态学与经济学角度研究生态-经济-社会复合系统运动规律的新兴科学,它在阐述自然生态和人类社会经济活动的相互作用、揭示复合系统的协调以及可持续发展的规律性等多方面做出了新的探索,为包括绿色建筑研究在内的其他学科发展提供了新的启示。本论文研究的主要工作在于通过借鉴生态经济学的有关理论,从生态经济共赢价值观的建立与设计策略的生态经济优化方法等两个方面,探讨一系列有关绿色建筑生态经济优化的问题。论文的研究从分析国外绿色建筑思想发展的历程开始,结合我国绿色建筑实践的发展现状,借鉴生态经济学生态经济优化理论的研究方法与思想成果,从建立生态经济共赢价值观、分析绿色建筑技术策略的生态经济特征、探讨绿色建筑各利益群体的互动关系——绿色建筑的制度特征等三个方面,分析与论述对绿色建筑进行生态经济优化的必要性、可能性以及具体的操作问题,初步建立起由价值观基础、构成要素分析、评价指标与设计方法等内容组成的绿色建筑生态经济优化研究的基本框架。在案例分析部分中,论文结合兰州太阳能研究中心设计实践,引入生态足迹分析方法,尝试构建一套以生态经济效率为核心、综合考虑经济约束与生态目标的设计策略生态经济优化分析与决策方法,从绿色设计目标的确定、建筑基本形态的选择、被动与主动式设计策略的生态经济综合评价、综合优化策略的形成以及政策、制度的影响等方面,对新方法的可行性与有效性进行验证。论文希望通过引入生态经济学的理论与方法,为认识和解决绿色建筑在现实操作中所面临的生

The diffusion of voluntary green building certification: a spatial approach

Abstract

Improvements in overall sustainability include reductions in energy consumption. There remain significant yet largely unexploited opportunities to reduce energy consumption of commercial buildings. The investments required for green certification can help systematically improve the sustainability of the design of buildings. If the percentage of buildings with green certificates increases, sustainability of the overall building sector can be improved. In order to facilitate the diffusion of green commercial buildings, it is important to understand the patterns of the diffusion and the key factors influencing buildings’ decisions. Applying a spatial fraction logit model and an instrumental variable approach to data on commercial buildings for New York, Arizona, Colorado, and Florida, this paper demonstrates that there is strong spatial correlation in the diffusion of green building certificates. It also finds that the split-incentive problem between building owners and renters plays a role in the diffusion. The findings have important implications for policy makers. By analyzing the interactions of the green buildings and the characteristics of the green building clusters, the results are useful in the identification of buildings that are more likely to adopt green certificates.

Development of web-based information technology infrastructures and regulatory repositories for green building codes in China (iCodes)

Abstract

With the unprecedented pace of construction in China, reliable and consistent communication between the various building industry players (both local and international) throughout the whole building delivery process is of paramount importance for the successful achievement of green building improvement in China. In order to achieve the goals of the green building standards through integrated team work in a reformed building delivery process, a web-based information technology (IT) infrastructure named China Green Building Codes and Standards Online (iCodes) is developed based on advanced web application and database technologies. The principal

strategic thrust of the work is to develop an integrated bi-lingual platform to support the processes involved in building energy efficiency practices as well as research and development (R&D)

purposes. It aims to provide a consistent knowledge repository for generating educational material for teaching and training purposes that cover the life-cycle building delivery process. With the help of the fast growing and wide spread Internet technology in China, this integrated IT framework and features will enable efficient dissemination of green building practice related information throughout China.

Abstract

Landscape design for a green community should be favorable for the ambient ecological environment and for enhancement of both the local climate of a residential area and the

environmental quality of life. This paper presents optimization methods for plant landscape design that take account of results of comparisons of noise reduction effects, heat island temperature decreases and effects on ventilation. These methods are based on different plant configurations and various luminous environments, such as exterior sunshine and shaded areas after the

simulation of exterior luminous, acoustic and thermal environments of a residential area using the

analytic software ECOTECT, CADNA/A, and PHEONICS. Three different types of residential buildings are simulated including a faculty apartment in the Xixi Campus of Zhejiang University, the Huaqing Villa and the Gangwan Jiayuan faculty apartment of Zhejiang University, China, based on green building design theory. In addition, the methods and process flow of landscape design of green residential areas are also described for the improvement of the exterior physical living environment.

Low-cost green building practice in China: Library of Shandong Transportation College Yingxin Zhu, Borong Lin, Bin Yuan

Abstract

This paper introduces the design idea and technique utilized in the Library of Shandong

Transportation College, which ranked 1st in the National Green Buildings Innovation Award in China in March 2007 due to its low cost and climate-oriented green strategy during its design and construction phase, including land saving, energy efficiency, water conservation, and so on.

Originally, the place was a landfill site with an odor pool. After reconstruction, it was changed into the construction site of the library with an area of 7000 m2 and a scenery pond. With the

integrated use of passive shading, daylighting, ventilation with atriums, high-insulation materials, underground duct ventilation, and the substitution of cooling tower with the pond water, the HVAC load design indexes are 59 W/m2 and 21.8 W/m2 for space cooling and heating,

respectively, much lower than the newly issued Chinese energy efficient design code for public buildings. Moreover, a set of measures is utilized for water conversation, material saving, and improvement of indoor environmental quality. After three years of operation, the real effect has been validated by electricity meter and field measurement. The total initial cost for the building with the above mentioned integrated technologies was only RMB 2150 per square meter, which was worth spending in China due to the climatic adaptability and the relative low cost.

Because of the social and economic evolution, the density of the buildings in cities of Taiwan has become higher and higher. Once inappropriate buildings or construction productivity are

overgrown, it will make a great impact on the ecological environment of the Earth. Besides, the changes in the earth climate have a degree of connection with deteriorated weather, exhausted resources and the lowered quality of public hygiene. In order to make constructions and it

environment co-exist and have their mutual benefits, to avoid building procedure from influencing

the ecological environment, producing pollution and wasting energy is important. Therefore, green building becomes a significant influential factor. This study develops a decision model for managing uncertainty and imprecision of green building project evaluation during the structure process. The evaluation is performed by a procedure based on a combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS.

【摘要】 当今可持续发展已成为全世界人类共同追求的目标,建筑领域也掀起了绿色建筑研究的热潮,但是目前国内存在着对绿色建筑本质认识模糊的现象,因此建立一个客观公正的绿色建筑评估体系,有利于澄清概念,对绿色建筑的实施起指导作用。 本文首先回顾国内外对可持续发展和绿色建筑方面的研究现状,阐述现阶段研究绿色建筑评估系统的意义,其后分析国外成熟的绿色建筑评估体系,重点介绍了英国的BREEAM,美国的LEED,GBC的GBTool,分别从版本发展、权重系统、评价指标体系、评价结果、市场运用等方面比较,指出它们的共同点和局限性。在分析我国的绿色建筑评估发展状况时,主要介绍了《中国生态住宅评估手册》和绿色奥运评估体系,通过对绿色建筑在中国的实施情况分析,提出绿色建筑评估

必须要符合中国国情的建议,强调政府在发展绿色建筑中的作用。通过对各种体系的比较分析,构建了绿色建筑的基本评价指标,分为目标层W,4个一级指标、17个二级指标,对每个二级指标在规划设计、施工、运营管理阶段的评价要点进行说明。根据多层次灰色评价方法建立模型,通过灰色综合评判指标B(s)对建筑物的绿色性能进行评价。最后,本文构想了我国绿色建筑评估流程,提出分阶段评估的思路。

A simulation-based optimization system for green building design. Wang, Weimin. Concordia University (Canada).

摘要

Green building is a recent design philosophy that requires the consideration of resources depletion and waste emissions during its whole life cycle. Simulation-based optimization can assist designers to achieve a better building design by overcoming the drawbacks of

trial-and-error with simulation alone. This dissertation presents the design and implementation of a simulation-based optimization system for the conceptual design of green buildings. In the

optimization model, variables are mostly envelope-related design parameters such as orientation, building shape, wall type, and wall layer. The concept of structured variable is used to describe the hierarchical relationship between variables. Life-cycle cost and life-cycle environmental impact are two major objective functions that respectively evaluate the economical and environmental performance of a building. The impact categories considered in this research

include resource depletion, global warming, and acidification. They are unified together with the indicator \cumulative exergy consumption due to resource inputs, and the abatement exergy consumption

due to waste emissions. The system consists of four components: the input and output, the optimizer, the simulation programs, and the data files. The genetic algorithm is implemented in the optimizer to solve both single- and multi-objective optimization problems. The simulation programs are developed based on the ASHRAE toolkit for building load calculations in order to evaluate objective functions and functional constraints. The system is developed with the object-oriented technology. An object-oriented framework, which is a reusable software

architecture represented by a set of classes, is proposed in this research to facilitate the reuse of code and software design. This framework can act as a basis to solve many other

simulation-based optimization problems. A case study is used to demonstrate the application of the system. In this case study, a multi-objective genetic algorithm is employed to optimize a single-story office building in terms of the life-cycle cost and life-cycle environmental impact. The case study resulted in multiple Pareto solutions which can help designers to understand the trade-off relationship between reducing environmental impacts and increasing costs due to green design strategies.

Adoption of Green Building Practices and Rating System in Kenya: Potentials and Barriers.

摘要

This research study was undertaken to identify (a) green building rating attributes that could be adopted for Kenya, and (b) barriers to initial adoption of green building practices and a green building rating system in Kenya. The study was primarily built on the premise of select rating and adoption attributes in existing green building standards, especially Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). A pilot phase of the study was conducted using a combination of focus groups and personal interviews. The pilot findings became the basis of a questionnaire that was utilized to survey a sample of 608 registered building professionals in Kenya with a view of understanding their perspectives and awareness towards green building adoption. End-line data was interpreted using a combination of descriptive statistics, content analysis, and analysis of variance. Among other findings, this study revealed that 'energy and atmosphere' green building attributes have the highest potential, or likelihood, for adoption in Kenya. These were followed by 'water efficiency,' 'indoor environmental quality,' 'materials and resources,' and 'sustainable sites,' in that order. Further, the study revealed that lack of institutional support was the greatest barrier to adoption of green building in Kenya; followed by lack of regulatory and policy tools, socio-economic factors, and inadequate technical and awareness interventions, in that order. Statistically significant differences were noted in the mean responses for the demographic

categories of (a) primary occupation, (b) sector of occupation, and (c) years of experience. This mixed method study was timely in providing a preliminary platform for developing green

building guidelines and best practices that would be meaningful to the Kenyan building industry. Also, the findings would inform stakeholders about barriers that need to be overcome in order to accelerate green building adoption in Kenya.

课题研究目的:在建筑的全寿命周期内,最大限度地节约资源,保护环境和减少污染,为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间,与自然和谐共生的建筑.

技术背景:(一)绿色建筑受到社会各界的关注。(二)绿色建材大量出现。(三)绿色施工受到重视。各施工单位意识到并采取了相关行动,控制施工过程中产生的废气排放,扬尘,噪音,建筑垃圾等,并合理利用油漆,涂料等,一些企业还通过了ISO14001环境管理标准认证。通过这种认证一方面提高了企业的管理水平,另一方面又促使施工过程逐步实现节能、降耗、低污染的目标.

现状分析: 建筑是人类生活,工作,娱乐的主要场所,但是建筑在从规划设计开始,到施工,运行,后期的装修入户,及至最终拆迁的生命周期内,出规划设计外,其他阶段都伴随着资源利用,能源输入,以及废水,

废气,废物的排放。随着城市化进程的加快,城市建筑越来越多,建筑生命周期的循环使人们意识到建筑本身就是能量堆砌的结果。绿色建筑体现了“科学发展观”,“以人为本”,“和谐社会”等多重理念,符合人类社会发展要求,顺应了时代潮流。我国绿色建筑的发展现状可表述为,前途光明,但路途坎坷。

展望: 20世纪90年代我国建筑行业首次引入绿色建筑的概念.随着社会能源和资源的日益紧缺,环境压力的日益增加,人类对健康生活理念的追求,作为耗能大户的建筑业首当其冲迎来一场节能,节地,节水,节材,减少污染的革命,绿色建筑的设计理念逐渐成为我国建筑业的主流.1996年,“绿色建筑体系研究”被国家自然科学基金会列为“九五”计划重点资助课题。21世纪以来,国家相关部门相继制定和推出了一系列绿色建筑方面的规范、文件,如《绿色生态住宅小区建设要点与技术导则》《国家康居示范住宅小区建设要点与技术导则》《中国生态住宅技术评估手册》《绿色建筑评价标准》《绿色建筑评价标识实施细则》等。北京、上海、广州、深圳等地正在积极开展适合自己的绿色建筑关键技术体系的研究和应用。上海世博会世博中心、深圳市华侨城体育中心扩建工程、上海市建筑科学研究院绿色建筑过程中心办公楼、水立方等绿色建筑示范项目将成为我国绿色建筑技术展示、后续研发的平台当前中国的绿色建筑与国际标准还有一定的差距如在建筑节能方面我国采暖地区的建筑能耗大约是气候相近国家的3倍,自然通风、资源回用技术还未成熟,更重要的是未普及绿色建筑的理念。因此,我国绿色建筑未来的发展应该集中在以下几个方面:首先,广泛宣传绿色建筑理念,使绿色建筑深入人心,调动广大百姓积极参加到

推进绿色建筑的发展过程中,形成科学、健康的需求市场,以此刺激绿色建筑的发展;其次,建立健全系统的技术政策法规体系、评估标准,从根源上控制伪绿色建筑的存在空间;第三,深化绿色建筑关键技术的研发,如绿色环保材料、绿化配置技术、可再生能源利用等,节约资源和能源,控制生产成本;第四,积极开展国内外绿色建筑领域的合作与交流,借鉴国外适合我国国情的绿色建筑技术。

1.检索课题的确定

根据所学专业,结合自己的兴趣,运用本课程知识,定检索课题进行,课题必须包含主题词和副主题词:自己找相关主题或副主题词,对检索的文献进行分析和总结,说明检索来源,形成综述报告(800--1000字左右)。

要求同学们独立完成.对于内容完全相同的都作扣分处理,也可以自拟课题,但须有各类真实文献类型。推荐课题有季铵盐消毒液,磷化液,国际金融危机,单片机的应用,石墨烯等

3、交综合检索报告

做完综合检索报告后,交给学习委员,由学习委员统一按学号整理后交给老师。统一格式交打印件,不可以交手写件,但不能交电子版(教务处要检查)。
