Typical examples include: staying up too late, being addicted to Internet and eating junk food.

College is a wonderful place that gives us freedom, dreaming and passion. If we say “senior school is a inferno” Then, college is a heaven. Due to this reason, some college students have some unhealthy living habits .Such as staying up late, undue consumption and being addicted to games and so on.
These unhealthy living habits are harmful to us. If we don’t go bed on time, our sleeping time is too less that we can’t concentrate on studying next day. What’s worse, it will make us tired and sleepy. With the development of economy, people’s living standard are more and more improved. Unfortunately. it caused some students compare with the higher and consume overly. It increased their parents’ family bearing. Once entered college, we have less classes than senior school. We have more freedom. We can arrange our time freely. As a result, some students are addicted to playing games. It’s not only wasting time but also wasting money. Long time later, they don’t like learning and their grades are bad.
As a active and engried college student, we should correct the unhealthy living habits. We should go bed on time and ensure eight hour every night. We should also save money and be dependent. Last but not least, we need study hard rather than play games .In a word, wish we have a nice college time.
