第一章 概 述

用于中铁七局郑西客运专线制梁场的二台QLM2×80(10)-38.6/15型龙门吊,由温州合力建筑机械有限公司制造,跨度38.6m,起升高度15m。龙门吊支腿采用三角钢型双刚腿,下部大车行走机构为三轮单轨式结构。主梁为三角型双主梁,两主梁端部、中部以连系梁横向连接。每个主梁由五段组成,最大节段9.65m。主梁上部安装的两台起重天车各有一台卷扬机,可实现单动和联动。本工程计划在两个制梁区的合适位置实施拆除工作,场地长度90m,宽约20m。
该型龙门吊拆除工程首先把龙门吊停放到指定位置,支腿四个角的行走轮箱用硬木垫好,防止倾翻。两端的固定支腿各用四根揽风绳固定好。先使用QY100汽车吊分别拆下两台起重天车,然后用二台QY100型汽车吊抬吊主梁落到地面,用一台QY100和QY50汽车吊分别拆除两端的固定支腿,最后使用一台QY25汽车吊拆除剩余部件。整个拆除过程分四部分组成,即吊下起重天车、拆掉主梁、拆掉支腿、拆除大车行走各台车。

第二章 拆除准备工作
2.1 场地及地锚准备
龙门吊拆除场地选在制梁场的西制梁区,长约90m,宽约20m。地面已经全部硬化,能够承受大型吊车的重量。在龙门吊两侧支腿处设八个地锚点,用于拉支腿揽风绳,见图示一。揽风绳与地面夹角不大于45o,揽风绳端各使用不少于四个绳卡,通过5T手拉葫芦与地锚连接并拉紧。
在地面搭设放起重天车的方木垛、放主梁的方木垛(高出轨面)、放支腿的方木垛。 2.2 各主要部件重量清单
