基于PLC的污水处理控制系统设计
摘 要
随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高，水环境的污染问题日益严重。全国许多小城镇没有污水处理设施 ，这不仅污染了当地水环境，影响了居民的身体健康，而且严重阻碍了经济的发展。省内多数民营企业在污水处理上投入不足，技术落后。随着制造业的进一步发展，排放到环境中的污水量日益增多，严重威胁人们的身心健康。因此，加快推行污水处理项目的实施已刻不容缓。 传统的污水处理过程控制系统不但需要专门人员到现场进行手工的操作和监视，导致对系统的意外事件反应较慢，而且无法对水质的变化做出反应和调整，从而限制了污水处理的稳定性和处理质量。
本文介绍了工厂污水处理的基本工艺和流程，并通过研究设计一套基于PLC控制的污水处理系统。文章首先介绍了基于PLC污水处理控制系统的工艺及相关流程，控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤，来说明PLC在污水处理过程中的应用。先根据污水处理要求设计了设备的电器控制与自动控制线路，主要包括设备的启停、状态信号故障信号、和信号采集等，最后按照工艺要求设计PLC控制系统，其中包括PLC的选型、系统资源配置以及按照污水处理工艺编制PLC程序。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of community economic & technology and the constant improvement of the level of living in our country, the pollution of water becomes more and more serious. the sewage come from industry and town living increase continuously, but the city’s equipments which are used to drain sewage and dispose sewage are insufficient and some harmful substance which be not disposed were directly or indirectly pour into the river, then arose water pollution and appear to the problem about the aquatic environment’s pollution. The majority of private enterprises in the wastewater treatment of devoted inadequacy, backward technology. With the further development of manufacturing industries, the sewage discharged into the environment increasingly grow in quantity, a serious threat to people's physical and mental health. Therefore, to accelerate the implementation of sewage treatment project has been carried out to brook no delay.
The traditional wastewater treatment process control system not only needs the special personnel to the scene to the manual operation and monitoring system, lead to the accident with slower responses, but not on the water quality changes and adjustments, thereby limiting the sewage treatment of stability and handling quality.
This paper introduces the basic technology of sewage treatment plant and processes, and through the study design a system based on PLC control sewage treatment system. This article first introduces the sewage treatment control system based on PLC technology and related processes, control system hardware structure and design, working principle and design PLC control system, the basic principles and steps of PLC in sewage disposal to illustrate the application process. According to sewage treatment equipment design requirement for the electric control and automatic control circuit, mainly including equipment start-stop, state signal fault signal, and signal acquisition, finally according to requirement of process design PLC control system, including the selection of PLC, system resources allocation and according to wastewater treatment process handle PLC program.
