摘 要
冲压是利用安装在冲压设备(主要是压力机)上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。由于产品的材料和工艺特性不同,生产用的设备也各异,模具种类繁多。这次我设计的拉深零件是利用模具使10号钢平板毛坯材料变成为开口的空心零件的冲压方法,用拉深工艺可以制成筒形件、阶梯形件、球形、锥形、抛物面形、合形和其他不规则形状的薄壁零件。通过对一个筒形件的拉深工艺计算,计算拉深次数,判断拉深是否需要压边,来加压边圈。最终完成模具的总体设计,从而完成工件的加工。以此来说明筒形件的拉深工艺的计算方法。用该方法计算确定的拉深工艺,可以确保多次拉深过程中的拉深过渡形状不被拉断,最终拉深出合格的工件。这里介绍了拉伸过程中的模具设计,用该方法计算确定的拉深工艺,使得模具设计、 加工精度与复杂性不断提高,模具制造工期不断缩短。这对大批量模具的生产具有重大的应用价值。

Abstract
Stamping is to use the mold that installed in the equipment, mainly the press machine, of stamping pressure on the material, make it produce separation or plastic deformation, and will processing method of obtaining the needed parts stress . Because the product of materials and technology character is different, the equipment of production is different , kinds of mold are various .This design of Drawing is the stamping method that uses mold to make a plate of 10 steel rough into openings for the hollow parts , using drawing process can make tube, ladder-shaped pieces, spherical, cone-shaped, parabolic shape, or other irregular shape and thin Wall components. Based on the Calculation of a cylinder of the drawing process, obtain deep drawing times, and judge whether deep drawing to press edge is needed , if it is needed then add blank holder. Finally complete the design of die so as to complete the processing,then declare the calculation method of the tube drawing . This method is determined by the drawing process, drawing on many occasions to ensure that the process of drawing the shape is not pulled off the transition and eventually pulled out of qualified workpiece. This paper introduces the design of mold. Deep drawing technology with the method of calculating can continuously improve the mold design, processing precision and complexity, and continuously shorten the period of mold manufacturing.It has very important application value to the production of large quantities of mold.
