摘要 摘要

换热器是许多工业部门广泛应用的工艺设备。设计中考虑操作条件及介质的特性,本设计采用U型管式换热器结构。该设备适用于温差不大,壳程流体清洁,不易结垢拆卸、清洗的场合。在设计过程中,依照GB151-1999《钢制U型管式换热器》对换热器依次进行工艺计算、结构设计(材料选型)、强度计算,最后完成专题讨论。其中在强度计算中,根据温差具体的数值,对膨胀节的需要进行计算。本设计每层管子排列方式采用正三角形排列,这种方法在相同的管板面积上可排较多的管子,且管外表面传热系数大。但由于是双管程结构,所以在分程隔板两边采用矩形排列。最后经检测该台换热器是否满足介质换热的需要。

ABSTRACT

The heat exchanger is the techniques equipment widely used in many industrial departments. In the design it uses the fixed tube plate type of the heat interchanger structure,because of the operating condition and the medium characteristic. This equipment is suitable when the temperature difference is not big,the shell regulation fluid is clean,or the fraze,disassembling or cleaning for the heat exchanger is not easy. In the process of the design,the technological design,the structural design(material shaping) and the strength calculation must according to the GB151-1999\it completes the seminar. In the strength calculation,it must be computed for the require of the part of inflates according to the difference concrete value ot the temperature.In the design the way of each pipe arrangement uses the equilateral triangle arrangement,this method may arrange many pipes in the same tube plate area,also the tube outside surface heat transfer coefficient is big. But because the structure is two barrel regulation, it uses the rectangular arrangement at the both sides of the partition board. Finally it be difined that the heat interchanger whether satisfies the need of the medium heat transfer.
