摘 要
近年来, 随着经济的高速发展, 尤其是西部大开发战略及扩大内需战略的实施, 工程建设规模又在急趋增大, 建筑行业又面临可喜的发展机遇。然而在大规模工程施工建设中, 时有发生施工安全事故, 使人民的生命财产和身心健康遭受着严重的伤害, 这不能不引起工程建设者们的忧虑和重视。施工安全事故不但影响企业的经营目标和建筑业的声誉，而且直接造成人身伤亡和巨大的财产损失。近年来，虽然我国施工安全管理工作有了显著的进步，但每年逾千人死亡、逾百亿元直接经济损失的现状仍然提醒着我们，建筑施工安全工作亟待进一步加强和突破。本文主要论述了工程施工中的安全管理，包括安全管理的必要性、工程项目的安全风险分析以及安全风险的应对策略。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, especially western big development strategy and the implementation of the strategy of expanding domestic demand, the construction scale of the project and the sharply increased, construction industry is facing good opportunities for development. However in the large scale engineering construction, construction safety accidents have occurred, to make people's lives and property and physical and mental health to suffer from serious injury, this must cause the builders have concern and attention. Construction safety accident not only influence the management target of the enterprise and the construction industry 's reputation, but also directly caused human casualties and huge property losses. In recent years, although our country construction safety management work has made significant progress, but every year more than a thousand people die, more than ten billion yuan of direct economic loss situation still remind us, construction safety work to be further strengthened and breakthrough. This paper mainly discusses the project construction safety management, safety management, including the necessity of project safety risk analysis and the security risk coping strategies.
