in 100 years 在100年后 in＋时间段，表示“在??之后”。
【辨析】in与after
“in＋时间段”是指以现在时间为起点的“在一段时间以后”，用在一般将来时态的句子中，对其提问how soon。
“after＋时间段” 也表示“在(时间)之后”，常用在一般过去时态的句子中；常常指以过去时间为起点的“在一段时间之后”。after后面接时间点时，与一般将来时连用。如：
He will come back in ten days.他将在十天后回来。
