摘 要
近年来，随着我国市场经济的快速发展，如苏宁、国美等国内家电零售连锁企业取得了很大的发展，在繁荣经济、推动创新、扩大出口、增加就业等方面发挥着重大作用。然而家电零售连锁企业没有得到更好地发展，尤其是还没有成熟的存货管理模式。
当前面对外资企业的进入，存货管理模式落后问题更加明显，仅依靠传统的管理模式来解决我国零售企业存货管理问题是非常困难的。我国家电零售企业所面临的现实以及家电行业自身的特殊性，是我们解决问题的突破口。
本文是关于苏宁电器存货管理问题及对策研究，为我国家电零售企业存货管理问题提供建议，贡献绵薄之力。文章首先介绍了选题背景、研究意义和相关研究现状，然后介绍了存货管理的相关理论，阐述了存货管理的意义和模式，并通过苏宁电器的现状，得出苏宁电器存在的问题，结合我国实际情况，思考拓展苏宁电器的对策建议。

Abstract
Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofmarketeconomyinourcountry,suchasSuning,gome,suchasdomestichomeapplianceretailchainenterpriseshavemadegreatdevelopment,theprosperityofeconomy,promoteinnovation,expandingexport,increasingemployment,etcplayabigrole.Homeapplianceretailchainenterprises,however,werenotbetterdevelopment,especiallyinventorymanagementmodelisnotmature.
Currentlyfacingtheentryofforeigncapitalenterprise,inventorymanagementmodelbehindtheproblemmoreclearly,onlyrelyontraditionalmanagementmodetosolvetheproblemofourcountry'sretailenterpriseinventorymanagementisverydifficult.TherealityofChina'shomeapplianceretailent
erprisesarefacingandtheparticularityofthehomeapplianceindustry,iswethebreakthroughpointtosolvetheproblem.
ThisarticleisabouttheSuninginventorymanagementproblemandcountermeasureresearch,providesSuggestionstoChina'shomeapplianceretailenterpriseinventorymanagementproblems,rendercontribution.Articlefirstintroducedtheselectedtopicbackground,researchsignificanceandresearchstatusquo,andthenintroducestherelatedtheoryofinventorymanagement,inventorymanagementisexpoundedthesignificanceandthemodel,andthroughthepresentsituationofSuningappliance,itisconcludedthattheproblemsexistingintheSuningappliance,combinedwiththeactualsituationinourcountry,thinkingdevelopmentcountermeasuresandSuggestionsofSuningappliance.
