The teacher shows a comic strip to lead in. While-task procedures
1. Have students read the text and ask some questions to help the students understand the article.
2. Let students listen to the recorder and write the missing words to help them master some words and expression.
3. Ask students to tell the rules by showing them the rules with some missing words.
4. Show students two comic strips and ask them to tell the differences. Help them find out some rules. 5. Show the rules with some missing words and let students sum up. Post-task activity
6. Offer students a script and ask them to design and complete it so as to use what they‘ve learned. 7. To sum up. Assignments: Go over the text.

Teaching Objectives:
3. To go over several usage of adjectives.

Teaching procedures:
Step 1. Go over usage A in the book.
Give some examples and tell students adjectives can be used before nouns and modify nouns.
多形容词作定语的排列顺序: 评,大,形, 年,色, 国, 材,用 Do some exercises.
Step 2. Go over usage B in the book.
系动词后接形容词作表语。系动词举例:sound, seem, grow, taste, smell, feel, get, turn. Do some exercises.
Step 3. Go over usage C in the book.
(1) It‘s adj. for sb to do…. (2)It‘s adj. of sb to do…. 两句型常用形容词(1)important, necessary, impossible (2)nice, wise, kind, silly….
