He is only 27 years old, but has already been called “the most popular pianist on the planet”. He is Lang Lang, the Chinese piano superstar.
Like every successful person, Lang went though years of hard and lonely practice before he became famous.
Lang grew up in a Chinese family with a strict father and a kind mother. He began to take piano lessons at the age of three. With great talent, he won his first competition at the age of five.
