Abstract: In the 21st Century, the society would develop more rapidly and competition is fiercer which would cause some non-coordination elements between human beings and society. Because in university student psychology not gets completely mature, thus, facing the pressure often displays many psychological questions. The current situation of colleges’ psychology health education cannot provide good services for the students. The problem existing in the psychological health education cannot be ignored. Faced with the situation, this thesis and does research on strengthening and improving college students’ psychology health education from three parts. The first part illustrates the definition and standard of psychology health education. The second part illustrates the current situation of college students’ psychology health education both home and aboard. It also explains future tendency of psychology health education. The last part emphasizes the importance and necessity of college students’ psychology health education. In short, through the research of college students’ psychological health education in this paper, it is hoped that the college students’ psychological health education can be improved; therefore, college students’ psychological health and comprehensive quality can be got forward.
