non-breaching party exercises the rights of cancellation.
Article 9 In respect of any unsolved issues under this Agreement, both parties hereto shall otherwise enter into a supplemental agreement, which is equally authentic with this Agreement. This Agreement is made in both English and Chinese versions, and the final interpretation rights shall be subject to the Chinese version.
Article 10 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; in case of any dispute during the course of its performance, Party A and Party B shall settle such dispute through negotiations; if failed, any party shall have the right to bring about a lawsuit in the people’s court where Party A is located.
Article 11 This Agreement shall become effective on the date of signing and sealing by both parties.
Article 12 This Agreement is made in duplicate, holding the
same legal effects, one for each party.
