摘要： 文化多样性服务是图书馆未来的发展趋势。在我国现代化建设进程中，给民族地区图书馆文化多样性服务带来了机遇与挑战，要加快开展文化多样性服务的步伐，民族地区图书馆员要加强素质能力的培养。
