范带头的风向标，更要成为所有学生入党积极分子的座右铭，必须对“四个模范”、“三个一”的要求进行延伸。一方面，要把“四个模范”、“三个一”的要求贯穿于入党积极分子培养教育的全过程，让积极分子在加入党组织之前便能熟知，更能实践。另一方面，要把对学生党员实践“四个模范”、“三个一”的考核结果与基层党组织的目标管理考核相结合，成为基层党组织目标管理考核的一项核心指标。只有这样，才能建立起学生党员模范作用发挥的长效机制，才能永葆学生党员的先进性。

Exploration of Route Construction and Innovation of “Modeling in
Four Aspects” and “Three Tasks”

Abstract: Party building aiming at today’s college student CPC members begs such questions as how to evaluate their role modeling and how to create a long-lasting effective mechanism allowing them to preserve their advancedness. The CPC committee should set forth the requirement of “Modeling in Four Aspects” for college student CPC members, and assigning “Three Tasks” to them, thus providing them with practice guidelines. By so doing, their role modeling can be assessed quantitatively, and the assessment can be actualized.
