超高层建筑论文：某超高层建筑施工策划阶段的关键问题研究
【中文摘要】我国随着经济发展腾飞,在城市核心建设中越来越多地涌现超高层建筑。由于超高层建筑地处显要,造型突出,视觉效果强烈,往往会成为所在城市的“名片”。超高层建筑具有投资大、工期长、功能繁多、系统复杂、结构超高、施工困难等特点。在工程施工实施前期,需作充分分析研究,根据建筑物具体特点,场地周边环境交通、地质水文、气候情况等条件,结合建设施工主观条件综合平衡分析,做好各项资源配置计划,落实措施,制订针对性的施工技术路线,以达到节省工期,提高效率的。目前,许多具备相应施工资质、施工经验的大型施工企业均已通过不断的施工生产实践总结,逐步形成各自特色的超高层建筑施工技术工艺。但针对超高层建筑施工中的要点、难点实施处理的关键技术、方法与措施,各有特色,无法直接套用。本文在参阅国内相关文献的基础上,梳理了超高层建筑施工实施策划的思路和要点;结合具体工程施工策划分析实例,对超高层建筑施工中的难点、要点如施工的测量控制、深基坑施工、垂直运输设备、钢结构施工、竖向混凝土结构模板施工等,对超过高层建筑施工管理中的难点、要点,如现场文明施工管理、总承包管理等,进行了方案策划阶段的各相关因素综合分析,提出了解决的方法和措施,为施工企业总结出一套超高层建筑施工分析策划的可行思路,为工程具体操作实施的顺利进行提供有力保证。
