第一章 工程概况及特点
1.1工程概况
1.1.1工程名称:新桥润新公寓小区配电工程 1.1.2招标单位:靖江市润新投资建设有限公司 1.1.3建设地点:靖江市新桥镇 1.1.4招标范围: 具体以施工图纸为准
设置1座开闭所,1号开闭所采用2进10出配置;采用SF6负荷开关;4台欧式箱变;户外布置,变压器与高低压室成目字型布置;规模为500KV变压器;10KV进线一回,线变组接线;0.4KV出线6回,单母线接线。
1.1.5工期要求:2012年10月30日前完工。
1.2工程特点 1.2.1、工程特点
1.2.1.1、本工程施工工期较紧,加上低温降雨,要求施工单位有较强的综合施工技术力量。并对各部分协调配合,人力物力合理安排,对特殊情况反应和处理效率提出较高要求,确保安全、保质、按期完成施工任务。
1.2.1.2、本工程难点主要表现以下两个方面:其一、要求项目部配备精通供配电安装的专业管理班子和技术力量,解决好施工过程中存在技术问题和各个环节配合衔接问题,做到统筹安排,保证安全,计划有序,提高工艺,缩短工期。其二、是工期短,时间紧,在劳力安排上要保证工期计划的实施,加强与甲方各有关部门的沟通,主动积极进行沟通协调,解决好阻碍工程进度问题,对工程施工组织安排,保证工期按时完成至关重要。
1.2.1.3、施工管理过程要求组织严密、细致、充分准备,最大限度减少窝工时间,并防止在施工过程中损坏设备和造成返工。
1.2.2、影响施工的主要特殊环节的分析
1.2.2.1、设备订货周期是个关键环节,特别是高、低压配电柜,要求派员往厂家驻点,督促厂家按期交货,保证施工进度。
1.2.2.2、施工工程质量安全问题,对施工有一定的影响,要求施工队要严

格按照施工质量核安全要求,要调专人负责搞好此项工作,使工程顺利进行。
