摘 要

本设计题目是高科度假大酒店设计,高度为19.35米,是一个五层建筑,它的总建筑面积有6948.30m2,高科酒店的设计使用年限是50年,根据要求酒店的抗震设防的等级是7度,我设计的高科酒店是一个多层钢筋混凝土框架结构,并且是双向板的楼板,采用板式楼梯还有它的基础是独立基础。竖向荷载运算用的是分层法,水平荷载计算用的是改进反弯点法也就是D值法来的计算。而且传力路线是很明确的,墙体的作用都在梁上,再由梁再传给柱。

本设计以结构设计为主。结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案,选择合理的结构体系,从而进行结构布置,并初步估算,确定结构构件尺寸,进行结构计算。结构设计部分包括结构方案设计、结构计算和施工图设计。结构方案包括梁、柱的选用,结构计算包括梁、柱、板的配筋计算,施工图设计主要有基础的设计。

ABSTRACT

This topic is designed resort hotel Tech design, height of 19.35 meters, is a five-story building, its total construction area of 6948.30m2, Tech hotel design life is 50 years, according to the requirements of the hotel's seismic fortification level 7 degree, I designed Tech hotel is a multistory reinforced concrete frame structure, and a two-way slab floor, using plate staircase there it is based on an independent basis. Vertical load operation using a tiered approach with a horizontal load calculation is to improve the inflection point method is to calculate the D value method. And power transmission line is very clear, the role of the wall in the beam, then the beam and then to the column.

The design of the structure-based design. Structural design of buildings is determined on the basis of the preliminary design of the structure of the program, choose the right architecture, thereby performing structural arrangement, and preliminary estimates, to determine the size of structural members, structural calculations. Structural design portion includes structural design, structural calculation and construction design. Structure of the program including beams, columns selection, structural calculations including beams, columns, plates of reinforcement calculation, construction design mainly based design.
