天麻钩藤颗粒治疗高血压的临床疗效及对患者血脂异常的影响

摘 要 目的：观察天麻钩藤治疗轻-中型高血压的疗效及患者血脂变化。方法：99例高血压患者随机分成治疗组51例和对照组48例；对照组采用常用降压药物苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5 mg，1次/日；治疗组采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5 mg，1次/日，加口服天麻钩藤颗粒5 g，3次/日。观察两组治疗后血压变化及血脂指标的变化。结果：治疗4周后，治疗组总有效率（82.35%）高于对照组（64.58%），且血脂指标改善明显优于对照组（P 关键词 高血压 天麻钩藤颗粒 血脂

2012年10月-2013年10月收治高血压患者51例，我科门诊采用天麻钩藤颗粒治疗，治疗后患者血压控制平稳，症状减轻明显，并且血脂指标明显改善，现报告如下。
