高职院校顶岗实习学生管理工作的探索与实践

摘 要 顶岗实习顺利完成的关键是建立有效的学生管理机制，本文结合学生顶岗管理工作实践从解决学生实习的心理困扰、构建实习学生干部队伍、构建辅导员与跟岗专业教师的双重教师管理队伍几方面，对高职学生顶岗学生管理进行总结。 关键词 顶岗实习 心理辅导 职业素养 半军事化管理

Abstract The successful completion of internship key is to build an effective student management system， this paper， students post teaching management practice from psychological distress solve student internships， student interns to build the contingent of cadres， to build a professional counselor and teacher with the dual post of teachers aspects of the management team student management of higher vocational college students summarized.
Key words internship; counseling; professional quality; semi-militarized management 威海职业学院近几年在部分专业中开展“2+1”模式的顶岗实习，以机电大类专业为例，每年将安排学生到一汽-大众汽车公司顶岗实习。实习期间的学生管理工作重点做好实习前的实习动员;实习中的动态管理、实习后的总结宣传几个环节，2012、2013级实习学生管理效果良好。
1 做足实习前的实习动员功课 1.1 学生层面的动员
大学生的校园生化环境与企业实习工作环境反差很大，一部分学生知道实习要吃苦受累，在实习前抱有抵触情绪，到了实习过程中，纪律作风涣散;还有一部分学生对社会工作有向往
