企业档案在企业文化建设中的作用
【摘 要】企业档案是企业各项活动中形成的全部档案的总和。本文介绍了企业档案的文化特性,从企业档案的信息性、凭证性等，以陈李济、潘高寿等医药企业为例，阐述为企业文化的积累弘扬提供历史见证和依据，提出积极开发企业档案资源为企业文化建设提供优质服务。

The Role of Business Archives in Corporate Culture
【Abstract】Business archive is the summation of all kinds of corporate archives. Based on the example of companies including Chen Li Ji and Pan Gao Shou, this paper introduces the cultural pattern of business archive which share the characters of informational and referable. Business archives will exert positive effect to promote the accumulation of corporate culture by offering historical evidence and basis. At last it is pointed out that the corporate business archives should be well developed which will give qualified service to build up the corporate culture.

胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中指出：“当今时代，文化越来越成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉……”现代企业产品的文化内涵和文化附加值，正在成为经济增长的手段和追求的目标，经济竞争正在悄悄演变为更隐蔽的文化建设的竞争。因此，企业文化建设是企业的最基本的建设，是企业发展的一项重要战略措施。
企业文化是指一企业所创造的独具特色的物质财富和精神财富之总和。企业文化作为一种管理理论和管理方法，内容十分丰富，主要包括企业经营管理哲学、企业精神和企业形象等。
企业档案是企业在生产、经营和管理等各项活动中形成的以各种载体真实记录的具有保存价值的文字、图表、声像等资料，是企业的重要信息资源和文化资产，是企业生产、经营和管理的支撑与保障。所以，企业档案不仅仅是企业技术储备的一种形式，而且也是企业文化储备的一种形式。
因此，企业档案管理工作对企业生产经营和各项管理工作都会产生直接或间接的影响，在企业文化建设中的作用也是多方面的。
