摘要：一定要把“安全第一,预防为主”牢记心中、工作落在实处, 制定出最经济、最安全的施工技术方案或施工组织设计，做到合理科学的施工设计，进行文明有序的施工。本文介绍了建筑施工及安全管理的特点，分析了建筑工程施工安全管理问题，探讨了加强工程项目施工安全管理的解决措施。 关键词：建筑工程施工特点安全管理解决措施
