摘 要

本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。

一般部分为超化煤矿1.5Mt/a新井设计。超化煤矿位于河南省郑州市管辖的新密市境内,交通便利。井田走向(东西)长3.6km,倾向(南北)长2.6km,总面积为9.36km2

?主采煤层为二1煤,煤层倾角为7~21,平均总厚度为11.20m。井田地质条件较为简单。

井田工业储量为14687万t,可采储量为9867万t。矿井设计生产能力为1.5Mt/a。矿井服务年限为50.6a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为500m3/h,最大涌水量为650m3/h。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为3.84 m3/t,绝对涌出量为11.2m3/min,为低瓦斯矿井。

井田开拓方式为立井两水平开拓,暗斜井延深。采用胶带输送机运煤,采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为―三八‖制。

一般部分共包括10章:1、矿区概述与地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式——采区巷道布置;6、采煤方法; 7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全;10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。

专题部分题目是建筑物下采煤关键技术分析,主要介绍建筑物下采煤方法,建筑物下采煤方案的模糊优化模型。

翻译部分主要内容介绍了世界经济的发展趋势——低碳经济,英文题目为: LOW-CARBON ECONOMY----THE TREND OF WORD ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT。

ABSTRACT

This design includes three parts: the general part, the special subject part and the translation part.

The general part is a new design for Chaohua coal mine. Chaohua coal mine is located in Xinmi which comes within the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou in He’nan province. It is very convenient to get to the mine in terms of both highway and railway. The length of the coalfield is 3.6km,the width is about 2.6km,and the total area is 9.36km2.The second is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 7~25 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 9.0m in all. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple.

The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 146.87 million tons, and the minable reserves are 98.67million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.5 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 50.6years. The normal flow of the mine is 500m3per hour and the max flow of the mine is 650 m3 per hour. The relative mine gas gush is 3.84m3/t and the absolute gush is 11.2 m3/min, so it is a low gas mine.

The mine is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and the extension of vertical shaft. The central laneway uses Belt Conveyor to transit coal, and trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the roadway. The ventilation mode of this mine is center juxtapose form.

The ―three-eight‖ working system is used in the Chaohua coal mine. It produces for 330 days a year. This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Underground transportation of the mine; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms of the designed mine.

The topic of special subject parts is the Analysis of Key technologies of coal mining under buildings. Introduces the method of coal mining under buildings, building program under the fuzzy optimization model for coal mining.

Translation part is mainly about the trend of word economy——the low-carbon economy. The English title is ―THE LOW-CARBON ECONOMY——THE TREND OF WORD ECONOMYDEVELOPMENT‖.
