摘 要

本次设计主要讲述了直流调速系统的设计、调整及相关参数的计算。本次设计使用的整流方案为三相全控晶闸管整流电路,调速方案应用了转速、电流双闭环调速系统,双闭环可以取得很好地调速性能,其是在理论和实践等方面都比较成熟的体系,在需要进行调速控制的领域得到了大量的使用。其中共加入了双比例积分调节器,一个用来控制电机速度,另一个用来控制电流,构成转速环和电流环,前者为外环保持直流电动机转速稳定,后者为内环能够维持电路内电流稳定,转速环起到主要的调速作用(保持转速稳定在给定值),电流环起辅助作用(防止电路过电压,对抗干扰,稳定电流在给定值),二者联合可以达到令人满意的调速性能,从而就能达到平滑调速的目的。本次设计还对电路保护与抗干扰等诸方面进行了讨论,保证了机床运行的安全、稳定。 关键词:直流电动机;调速系统;晶闸管;双闭环

A cold-rolling mill main drive DC drive system design

Abstract

The design focuses on the computational design, and adjust the parameters of DC Motor Control System. The rectification program designed to use a three-phase full-controlled thyristor rectifier circuit, the choice of speed plus the current composition of the double-loop speed control system as the main drive of this design program speed, double-loop can get good speed performance, which is in theory and practice and other aspects are more mature system, in areas that require speed control has been a lot of use. Wherein the total added dual proportional integral regulator, a motor is used to control the speed, and the other to control the current constitution speed loop and current loop, the outer ring to keep the former DC motor speed and stability, which is able to maintain the inner ring in-circuit current stability, speed loop play a major role in the governor (speed maintained stable at a given value), current loop play a supporting role (to prevent over-voltage circuit, anti-interference, stable current at a given value), both of which can be combined with satisfactory speed performance, so as to be able to achieve the purpose of smooth speed control. The design also for other circuits and interference protection aspects were discussed, ensure that the machine is running security and stability.
