如配套使用多奥智能远距离感应门禁系统和智能远距离感应电梯管理系统。当业主距离单元门约1.0米-3米处时，该系统自动感应业主身份，单元门自动开启并智能联动招呼电梯下到一楼等待业主的到来，（从而达到电梯等人，非人等电梯）进入电梯后，系统自动感应业主身份，电梯直达业主所在楼层。全程无需手动刷卡，直达家门，凸显业主的身份与地位，带给客户尊贵享受，实现了多奥科技创造智能化生活的典范。
