摘 要
本项目名称为鄢陵祥和花园5#楼位于鄢陵县焉陶路与311国道交叉口向南300米
处，建筑单位为郑州弘业建筑工程有限公司许昌分公司。本工程采用砖混结构，建筑高度为20.60m，采用筏板基础，建筑类别为二级，合理使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为六度，耐火等级为二级，建筑结构安全等级为二级。通过毕业设计让我们能够全面的掌握建设施工图纸、相关设计规范、施工规范、如何编制施工组织设计。施工组织设计编制必须满足对施工过程起到指导和控制作用，确定基础施工以及主体施工的施工方案，在一定资源条件下实现工程项目的技术经济效益，达到施工效益与经济效益双赢的目的。

Abstract
The project name is Yanling peaceful garden 5 # Yan Tao House in Yanling County Road and State Road 311 intersection south 300 meters, the building units of Zhengzhou Hongye Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Xuchang Branch. This project uses brick structure, building height of 20.60m, using raft foundation, building category for secondary and reasonable service life of 50 years, six degrees of earthquake intensity, fire resistance rating of 2, the structural safety of the building grade II level. By graduation design allows us to fully grasp the building construction drawings, relevant design specifications, construction specifications, how to prepare construction design. Construction design must meet the construction process play a guiding and controlling role in determining the basis of the construction and the construction of the main construction plan, under certain conditions the resources to achieve the project's technical and economic benefits to achieve the benefits and win-win economic construction purposes.
