My dear graduating students, I want you know that you may face a serious of frustrations which may about career about interpersonal relationships and love and marriage or the development of your career and so on. Facing such tough circumstances, how to deal with it? I hope all of you can remember that be a man, we should hold the gratitude and respectable attitude. To do things correctly and always follow the regulation. To dealing with affairs, I think one can do everything that do good to our society and never to ask the opposite one. Do not neglect any virtue by thinking it is trivial, do not practice any vice, by taking it for granted that thinking it is trivial. To the one who is going to run your own business, I want you to know that when on the smooth roads, do not be overconfident, just behave yourself, while in the hard time, do not lose hope, just face up to it.
