“冷弧焊”是一种熔化极气体保护电弧焊,其电弧能量比短弧焊更低。“冷弧焊”是通过对电源的电气控制来实现的,既可用于全自动焊接,也可用于手工半自动化焊接。“冷弧焊”采用了更为精确的方法来控制短路过渡中的熔滴过渡,使电弧更为平稳,焊缝均匀。在薄板以及对电弧热量非常敏感的材料的焊接时,采用“冷弧焊”可获得比传统焊接方法更为理想的焊接接头。
