摘要
我国煤矿多为井工开采,瓦斯灾害严重。近年来,随着煤炭生产规模的扩大和开采深度的延伸,一次死亡10人以上的煤矿瓦斯事故起数和死亡人数,均占同类事故的80%以上。我国煤矿瓦斯灾害虽然严重,但瓦斯事故的发生是有规律可循的,也是可以预防和治理的。建国以来,在党和政府的领导下,我们在煤矿瓦斯治理方面做了大量工作,取得了一定的成效,也积累了比较丰富的经验。在2001年国家煤矿安全监察局总结提出了“先抽后采、监测监控、以风定产”十二字方针。
瓦斯抽放是解决我国煤矿瓦斯问题的根本途径采取抽放措施,将富含于煤层中的瓦斯抽放出来,是解除瓦斯事故威胁、保障煤矿安全最为有效的措施。瓦斯主要成分为甲烷(CH4),纯瓦斯的热值大于33000kJ/m3,与常规天然气相当,是一种洁净的能源。瓦斯的抽放利用,极大地促进了企业开展瓦斯抽放工作的积极性,不仅有效地缓解了矿井瓦斯灾害,有效地改善了煤矿的安全生产条件,同时还解决了部分就业问题、取得了良好的经济效益、社会和环境效益。

In recent years, along with coal production scale expansion and miningdepth extending, Time died 10 person of above coal mine gas accident to get up thenumber and the casualty, occupies the similar accident above 80%. Our country coal mine gas disaster although is serious, But the gas accident occurrence is orderly may follow, also is mayprevent and govern. Since founding of the nation, in party and under government'sleadership, We have done the massive work in the coal mine gas government aspect,has obtained the certain result, also accumulated the quite richexperience. The national coal mine security supervision bureau summarized after2001 proposed \pulled out picks, the monitor monitoring, to thewind fixes production quotas\

The gas principal constituent for the methane (CH4), the pure gascalorific value is bigger than 33000kJ/m3, With the conventional natural gas quite, is one kind of pure energy. 跃进煤矿瓦斯抽放设计
前言
跃进煤矿为义煤集团股份公司所属的大型煤矿之一。1958年投产,设计生产能力为600kt/年。1976年进行了生产环节改造,1980年核定生产能力为120万吨/年。
根据该矿提供的矿井设计和矿井瓦斯涌出资料(2010年鉴定报告), 矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为21.84m3/min, 相对瓦斯涌出量为7.49 m3/min, 属于低瓦斯矿井。由于二区瓦斯较大, 按高瓦斯矿井管理。随矿井产量的增加和开采范围的扩大及开采水平的延伸, 该矿今后主采煤层采掘进工作面和采空区的瓦斯涌出量都将进一步增大。
为贯彻执行党和国家的“安全第一,预防为主”的安全生产方针和国家安全生产监督管理局制定的“先抽后采,以风定产,监测监控”的煤矿安全生产管理方针,该矿已在井下安装了为21181回采工作面服务的移动式瓦斯抽放泵站和与其相配套的瓦斯抽放系统。抽出的瓦斯直接排放到矿井的回风系统中。随着矿井瓦斯涌出量的增大,总回风的瓦斯浓度较高,并时常出现超限。另外,井下泵站的管理也比较复杂,经常需要对瓦斯抽放泵的水垢进行清理。随着新风井的建成使用,建立地面抽放泵站是非常必要的和可行的。 编制本设计方案的依据
