床旁纤支镜吸痰及肺泡灌洗在老年卒中相关性肺炎治疗中的效果观察

【摘要】 目的：探讨床旁纤支镜吸痰及肺泡灌洗在老年卒中相关性肺炎治疗中的效果。方法：本次研究的80例对象均为笔者所在医院2014年4月-2016年8月收治的老年卒中相关性肺炎病例，按照双色球分组法将其分为两组。接受常规治疗的40例患者归入对照组，接受床旁纤支镜吸痰及肺泡灌洗的40例患者归入观察组。治疗结束后，记录两组患者治疗情况，比较两组患者抗生素药物使用时间、住院时间、住院费用等情况。结果：治疗结束后，观察组患者治疗总有效率90.0%，对照组治疗总有效率77.5%，差异有统计学意义（P 【关键词】 老年卒中相关性肺炎； 床旁纤支镜； 吸痰； 肺泡灌洗

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of bedside bronchoscopy sputum suction and alveolar lavage in the treatment of elderly patients with stroke associated pneumonia.Method：80 cases of bedside bronchoscopy the research subjects were admitted in our hospital during period of April 2014-August 2016，and divided into two groups according to the double chromosphere packet.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy，and 40 patients in the observation group received bedside bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage.At the end of
