数量条款

19.500,000平方米，3%伸缩幅度由卖方决定，多装部分按装船之日市价计，但不超过合同价格。
包装条款
20.每20件装一盒子，10盒子装一纸箱，共500 纸箱。
21.每只包纸，并套塑料袋，每一打装一坚固新木箱/纸箱，适合长途海运，防湿，防潮，防震，防锈，耐粗暴搬运。

29. Shipping Mark: On the surface of each package, including the package number, measurements, gross weight, net weight, warnings such as \NOT STACK UP SIDE DOWN\\WITH CARE\\AWAY FROM MOISTURE\and following shipping marks shall be stenciled legibly in fadeless paint.

保险条款
43.由卖方以发票金额的110%投保一切险和战争险，根据中国人民保险公司1981年1月1日的海洋运输货物保险条款为准。
44. 保险由卖方按发票金额的110%投保伦敦货物协会险A险，按伦敦保险业协会1982年1月1日货物（A）险条款。
45. 卖方按合同金额的130%投保水渍险，破碎险和偷窃，提货不着险，按照中国人民保险公司1981年1月1日的海洋运输货物保险条款为准。

47. The amount insured of all transactions on the basis of CIF is 110% of the invoice. The risk is decided by the stipulations in the sales contract. 48. For transactions concluded on CIF basis, it is understood that the insurance amount will be 110% of the invoice value against the risks specified in the S/C. If additional insurance amount or coverage is required, the extra premium is to be borne by the Buyer.

支付条款
50. 买方应于1998年12月15日之前将100%的货款用电汇预付给卖方。
51. 买方凭卖方的即期汇票见票即付，付款后交单。
52. 买方对卖方开具的见票后30天付款的汇票，于提示时即予承兑，并于汇票到期日付款，付款后交单。
53. 买方对卖方出具的见票后45天付款的跟单汇票，于提示时承兑并取得单据，到期付款。
54. 买方应通过为卖方可接受的银行开立于装运月份前30天寄至卖方的不可撤销即期信用证，有效至装运日后15天在中国议付，但在信用证有效期之内。
55. 19―年―月―日由―――国―――银行开具以―――为受益人，合同货物总价格为―――U.S.D.（大写：―――美元）的不可撤销的信用证。―――国―――银行收到下列单据经审核无误后支付给――――方： １．空运提单一式四份； ２．商业发票一式四份； ３．即期汇票正副本各一份； ４．装箱清单一式四份； ５．保险单一式四份。
56. 买方应通过为卖方所接受的银行开立于装运月份前30天寄至卖方的不可撤销45天远期信用证，规定50%发票金额凭45天远期光票支付，其余50%用托收方式45天远期付款交单。全套运输单据随附于托收项下，于买方付清全部货款后交单。如买方不付清全部货款，运输单据由开证行掌握，凭卖方指示处理。所开立的信用证应清楚地表示以上条款。
57. The buyer shall pay in advance (after signing of this Contract) 100% of the sales proceeds by T/T(M/T; a banker's demand draft) to reach the seller on or before Nov. 20th, 1998.
58. The buyer must pay total proceeds of the goods by telegraphic transfer immediately after the receipt of the original bills of lading.
