Recently our class have had a discussion about whether it is necessary for middle school students to read English classics. Different students have different opinions.
70% of the students think it necessary to read English classics. we can learn a lot about Western history and culture by reading great English books. What’s more, By reading classics we can enlarge our vocabulary and it is also an effective way to improve our writing.
