长春建筑学院土木工程学院毕业设计

摘 要

本毕业设计题目为图书馆设计。该建筑主体五层,总建筑面积6369㎡。本毕业设计主要完成以下内容:

在建筑设计方面,本建筑采用L形的建筑风格,造型简洁、大方、实用,满足建筑的使用功能要求。

在结构设计方面,本次设计主要根据设计任务书的要求,对该建筑的结构进行有效的布置和计算。主要完成重力荷载累计,水平地震荷载和风荷载计算、

竖向荷载内力计算、内力组合、梁柱截面设计以及配筋计算、楼梯基础设计和 配筋计算等。

建筑结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,下部采用柱下独立基础,根据工程地质条件等综合考虑,基础埋深1.8m。本设计遵照国家现行建筑结构设计规范中的规定,参照标准图集,在建筑部分以天正建筑设计软件为工具进行制图,在结构部分以手算为主,PKPM结构计算软件为辅,进行了结构内力的有效计算,并对手算和电算结果进行了对照。完成如下建筑和结构图纸的绘制:标准层平面图、底层平面图、立面图、剖面图、楼梯详图、节点详图、基础结构平面布置图、标准层结构平面布置及板配筋图、一榀框架配筋图、梁柱配筋图等。

此设计选用常用的框架结构形式,通过本次毕业设计使我对所学的专业知识能够有机的结合起来,达到融会贯通;同时还对框架结构的荷载传递路径,内力计算、组合以及构件截面配筋,楼梯、基础设计等进行了系统研究和掌握,为以后参加工作,更好的运用所学的知识提供了很大的帮助。
