教学目标：
1、听、说、读、写形容词的比较级形式：
dark, bright ，far, close, near, comfortable 2、能够使用句型。My old house was smaller than the new one.
My new house is larger than the old one.
进行事物的比较。
3、能够用形容词的比较级来谈论自己、朋友、及他人或事物。
教学重难点：
1、重点：能够听、说、读、写形容词的比较级形式并会在实际情景中运用。 2、难点：能够将人、物及动物的变化进行比较。Much修饰比较级是本单元的难点。 本单元主要学习了对新旧房子，人物小时候或过去的描写。描写过去的状态或所做的事情需要用过去时。本单元学习的是形容词性的比较级，在运用比较级的句型里，经常用到than，比较可以用公式表示：
A+am\\is\\are+taller\\ older\\youner\\newer\\?+than+B “Be动词 + 形容词比较级 ” 意为 “与??相比较”
教学过程
一． Warming-up (let us chant )
(有下划线的单词可以用其他形容词代替…)
Tall , tall , Who is tall? He is tall. She is tall. We are tall, tall, tall. Taller, taller ,Who is taller? He is taller. she is taller.
They are taller than me.
二． Let us talk

On a chair, in the living-room, near to… , lovely to look at, be in trouble, Show+某人+某物， show +某物 to +某人 Changes between A .and B. A 和B之间的变化。 四、句型
1. My old house was smaller than the new one. 2. My new house is larger than the old one.
以上两句中，请注意主语是旧的，谓语用过去时，如果是新的，谓语用现在时。
3. Your bedroom here is much bigger. 注意here的位置 4. There is/ isn’t a chair and two beds in …… There are/ aren’t a chair and two beds in ….
There was/wasn’t two beds and a chair in ….. There were/ weren’t two beds and a chair in … 注意There be句型, be 动词的单复数遵循邻近原则。
5. This bed is more comfortable than mine. =my bed 注意作对比的对象。 6. with blonde hair 放在名词之后 He is a handsome boy with blonde hair. He had blonde hair.
7. When did he become a manager? In 1990.
8. I was a tennis player when I was young. 9. I was a student ten years ago.

10. It looked beautiful. / It didn’t look(行为动词过去时的否定在动词原形前加didn’t。)
