摘 要
为了对大学本科所学知识进行系统的考查和实践,我选择了“富强水泥厂日产4000吨水泥熟料窑尾系统工艺设计”这个课题。
该课题是在贵州省贵阳市郊区建一座日产4000吨熟料水泥厂,重点车间是窑尾系统。我在设计过程中参考了许多水泥厂设计实例,并通过理论和经验数据相结合的方法完成了整个设计。
课程的主要内容包括生料配料计算,全厂工艺平衡计算,重点车间的设计计算,进而给出一个全厂工艺流程图和全厂工艺布置图。
在设计中,我尽可能的使用比较新的技术和思想,比如采用高效立式辊磨,利用窑尾废气预热物料,使用工业矿渣作为原料等。
此外,我本着合理可行、经济高效、环保的原则设计了全厂总平面布置图。在符合最新生产发展要求的基础上,达到最大程度节约资源、能源,做到既降低生产成本又能稳定生产,经济效益和社会效益双赢的可持续生产。

ABSTRACT
In order to examine and practice the university knowledge , I chose “Technological design of kiln system with 4000 tons cement clinker ouput per day for FuQiang cement plant” as my project .
The graduating project is constructing a production lined with 4000 tons cement clinker per day in the suburban district of Guiyang City of Guizhou Province,and the key workshop is kiln rear system. In the designed process, I referenced many designed examples of cement plant , and completed this design through combining theory and empirical data .
The main contents of this design are the calculation of raw mix proportions, the process equilibrium calculation, and the calculation of the key workshop, and then,giving a flow chart of the process and process arrangement layout plans.
In this design, I trying to work with relatively new technologies and conception such as adopting high efficiency vertical roller mill, utilizing the waste gas in the rotary kiln to preheat raw materials,and using industrial waste slag as raw meal, etc.
Furthermore,I follow the principle in reasonable and achievable,economical and efficient , and environmental in my work for general layout of power plant. In accorded
with the requirements of the development of the latest production, we reach maximum conservation resources and energies, and to meet both reduce production cost and stable production,thus benefiting both economic and social to win-win sustainable production.
