摘要
中国韩国自古以来一水两带，政治，经济有很大的接触交流。近日中韩两国国签订了两国构建自贸区计划，为两国的经济贸易发展迈向了更近的一步打下来坚实的基础。自由贸易区简称自贸区，可以在某一区域内以优惠的政策和特殊的行政管理对出口和进口商品以免税价格输出和销售，降低了不必要的成本，为企业的迅速发展构造了一个平台，有利于国家与国家的企业相互交流，共同竞争。
本文主要对中韩自贸区中国区域威海市的自贸区网络规划进行研究，对网络规划的预测，物流节点，选址做了重点研究，通过近十年来的数据通过指数平滑法进行未来3年的物流运输量的预测，由一元线性回归方程进行数据修正，获得最新最准确数据，在通过SWTO分析法对自贸区对威海物流发展进行全面分析，经过研究威海市的布局，再通过重心法来模糊估计自贸区的选址位置最后通过模型建立，再通过科学的计算分析得到结果后，最终评估一个最优最省的方案。

ABSTRACT
South Korea since the ancient times beside the China, which has a lot of contacts with the political, economic exchange.Recently on the trade between two countries China and South Korea signed between the two countries to build the plan,which laid solid foundation for economic and trade development towards a closer step .the free trade area can make the export and import goods in a duty-free output and sales price in a certain area to preferential policies and special administration ，reduce the unnecessary cost， constructed a platform for the rapid development of the enterprise.Is advantageous to the state and national businesses communicate and competition with each other.
This article mainly discusses the china-south Korea free trade area ,the China regional free trade area of weihai city network planning are studied.Prediction of network planning, logistics node, did key research site. The nearly a decade of data through the exponential smoothing over next three years logistics volume prediction .Revisions shall be conducted by linear regression equation. Get the latest, the most accurate data. With SWTO analysis method of free trade areato conduct a comprehensive analysis to the weihai logistics development. After a study of weihai city layout,the fuzzy evaluating the position of the free trade area location by gravity method finally, model is established in this paper. Combined with example analysis model equation.To calculate the cost of logistics node set number scheme, it is concluded that the most cost-saving solutions.
