基于智慧城市理念的宿迁市城镇化发展状况分析

摘要：中国城镇化已经进入了转型发展的关键时期，促进中小城市城镇化发展，走中国特色社会主义城镇化道路，发展智慧城市，提高城镇化发展质量。本文以宿迁市为例，回顾宿迁城镇化发展进程，分析其城镇化进程中存在的问题，基于智慧城市理念，提出促进宿迁市城镇化发展的措施。
Abstract： China urbanization has entered a critical period of transformation and development， and to promote the small and medium-sized city urbanization development， to take the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics， to develop smart city， and to improve the quality of urbanization. Taking Suqian as an example， this paper reviews the process of urbanization in Suqian， analyzes the existing problems in the process of urbanization， and based on the concept of smart city puts forward the measures to promote the development of urbanization in Suqian. 关键词：智慧城市；城镇化；宿迁

“十八大”报告提出，“坚持走中国特色新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化道路，促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展”。两会报告中也明确指出发展智慧城市，提升城镇规划建设水平。智慧城市的建设是在城市中建立一个网络化、信息化、智能化的体系，促进城市发展，提高城镇化发展质量。为解决城市发展的难题，实现城市可持续发展，建设智慧城市已成为当今世界城市发展不可逆转的历史潮流。本文基于智慧城市理念，对宿迁建市以来城镇化发展状况进行分析研究，结合宿迁城镇化发展过程中仍存在的不足和问题，对推进宿迁市城镇化发展提出建议。 1 智慧城市的理念
智慧城市是指运用先进的信息技术手段，对城市全面感测分析，整合城市运行核心系统的各项关键信息并对城市管理和服务等各层次要求做出智能响应，为城市管理部门提供高效的城市管理手段，为企业提供优质服务和广阔的创新空间，为市民提供更好的生活品质。
