【Abstract】：Along with the evolution of Chinese history, not only economy and politics made headway,but also the life of human changed a lot,especially in the status of family. Although women suffered torture,oppression,like foot-binding,\Obediences\traditional custom.After new China founded in 1949,Chinese women became the owner who has responsibilities and rights.In a word,their status improved and thought transformed.So,how to make the equally between women and men have equally needs intensive study.

1.A Comparison between ancient China and the new China
In the feudal society which lasted several millennium and the subsequent century of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society,Chinese women experienced a bitter history of prolonged oppression,degradationand abasement.[1]But,why happened this?Firstly,the main reason is that women didn't have economy income,they had to rely on marriage to earn a living.After all ,the old China the power in male hand,the only right that women have is obedience.Secondly, traditional culture deep-rooted in human's mind.People for the most part think women should stay at home and look after children,husband and the old.
However,this situation was broken by a movement -----the May 4th Movement.As that movement, which changed the old thought and realized all those people should have the equal rights.Then,marriage law in 1950 stipulated the equal status between men and women.From then on,women began to pursuit their rights.After the Chinese reform and opening-up,great progress has been made in woman's thinking.They are independent in economy ,they have more rights and so on.Nowadays, more and more

The Family Status of Chinese Women women become successful businessman,even stronger than men.They no longer limited to the area of home, desiring to freedom and independence.Maybe those people could be called\even better than housewife.At the same time,comparing the old women ,they gained better education and had their own thinking.Those changes decreased the quality of illiterates
and
promote
the
every
aspect
of
society,including
politics,economy,technology and education.
2.How to improve women status？ 2.1Change the traditional concept.
Just like every coin has two sides that traditional culture is the same.Though the period of \is a woman's virtue\had gone,but the olds still can not change their thoughts.Foot binding was the worst suppression of women in old China. Young girls' feet, usually at around 4-7 years old, were wrapped in tight bandages so that they could not grow normally. The bones would break and the feet would remain small. This was done for aesthetic reasons. People used to think that the smaller a woman's feet were, the more beautiful she was; thus the more likely she would be chosen as a bride to a noble man.[2]There is no doubt that Chinese culture exists the good and the bad which need to distinguish and abandon.Therefore,first of all,we must absorb what is good and reject what is bad.
2.2Perfect laws and regulations.
Though many good thoughts have been reserved long years ago,some people still get away from the laws.According to a survey of the China woman's federation, in 270 million Chinese families ,30%has different degree of family violence each year,more than 100000 families because of violence and disintegration. Domestic violence not only directly against the victim's dignity and the physical and mental health, even life-threatening, and destroys the family harmony, bring social instability.[3] On March 1, 2016, the first \implemented, family violence is officially entered the legal regulation.[4]When we injured, we could take the weapon of law to protect woman's lawful rights.Force cannot

The Family Status of Chinese Women solve the problems,only to use laws attach they need.Also,to learn lots of knowledge about laws,in case of we could apply to the actual life in the future. 2.3Improving the level of education[5]
Education is one of the most important parts of society,because it relates to country's tomorrow.In old China, as many as 90% of women were illiterate.[6]Comparing with nowadays,few people never accepts education.In this society,whether you are female or male,ability is more important than gender.Men and women possess their advantages and disadvantages,everyone cannot use shortage to compare with others superiority.That is to say,education could change one's future.
3.Conclusion
Women play an important role at home:they are the vital maintainer of family stabilization;they are executants and main undertakers of educated kids;they like doctor to treat family members' moral physical;they are manager in charge of family economic.[7]Chinese woman's status improved,we also need to do the above measures to get better life and enhance status.
