河北中考单项选择的设题形式全部为单句，无对话形式。考点设置如下：
一、必考点：冠词、代词、名词词义辨析、介词、连词、形容词及副词比较级、动词短语(以take，get，put，turn，pick等短语为主)、动词不定式、情态动词、时态(现在完成时、过去进行时、一般将来时、一般过去时、一般现在时、现在进行时等)、被动语态(一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时)、宾语从句。
